Before I even hear the sound of my alarm I wake up and it’s 6:45 am. I don’t always wake up this early and usually set my alarm for 7:30 am it really depends on the day. The very first thing I do in the morning after waking up is drink an entire water bottle that I keep on my nightstand next to my bed. I recommend everyone to do this as soon as you open your eyes because it helps wake you up and hydrate you. It is so important to drink lots of water everyday, especially after you wake up because your body has been asleep for hours and you wake up dehydrated. I then go on my phone and check emails, social media, messages, etc.Once I finally feel like getting up I head to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth.After doing all that I go downstairs and make myself a cup of tea.I then proceed and put on my workout clothes and do some yoga and stretching as a warm up. Afterwards, I grab my phone and earphones to head outdoors for a walk or a run. This is one of my favorite ways to get some daily activity as well as enjoy the wonderful day and weather that California offers and appreciate nature.Once I’m done with my workout and get back home I drink lots of water and head back to my room to chill and watch some YouTube, Netflix, or read blog posts. I also might work on some assignments for my summer online class which I just started last week and am actually so glad I’m taking it.Well, that is all guys I don’t have a very interesting morning routine and it’s very simple at the moment but I hope you guys enjoyed reading.
